We stopped in for breakfast before adventuring while on vacation. It was a Sunday so the spot was very busy. Both my and my daughters quiche was delicious. My husbands omelet, while tasty, was cold. The macaroon was not fresh, tasted like it had been in the fridge too long.

Excellent breakfast place. Coffee (funky chicken) was very good from a nearby out of town roaster. Meals are a little bit on the pricey side, but the food was great. I had the Irish Omelette with potatoes and corned beef. Substituted fresh fruit for bread. Fast, friendly service.

First time at this location. The downtown location closed and they consolidated. As their name implies they do a lot with bread. So lot of options with bakery items during my weekend visit. They have a strong brunch menu and also a fun coffee menu. Ordering is at the counter and was extremely friendly and helpful. The dining atmosphere is casual and comfortable. The area was clean. They also have outdoor dining. My party of three all ordered different items from chocolate chip packed, oh my that cake is huge! Scrambled eggs, quiche and I had an omelette. I was not in love with my omelette unfortunately. It lacked flavor. My pancake latte was amazing! 3.5, rounding up. I will be back.

Good option for breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice, delicious pastries, good coffee and many options for breakfast. This was my first time here and would not be the last.

Had high hopes for this place, based on the pictures, which show generous helping of fruit and other toppings that go with waffles and such. Hopes dashed, sadly: most of the food was decent in quality, though nothing special, and the amount of fruit and whipped cream per plate was paltry to the point of Scrooge-like stinginess. Not even a whole strawberry per portion... just a slice with a couple of blueberries and a spoonful of whip. Really?!? The place appears popular, which defies all logic IMO; who'd be duped into paying so much for miserly servings and rather ordinary food overall? We won't be back... not to this place and probably not to Roanoke, honestly. If there's a foodie culture here, as was suggested to me, it generally wasn't to be found in the places we visited.
